This Warranty Policy outlines coverage, eligibility, and customer responsibilities.
1) WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our warranty applies to:
• Manufacturing defects
• Functional defects not caused by misuse
• Electrical or mechanical issues (for devices)
• Missing components upon delivery
Coverage does NOT apply to:
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
2) WARRANTY PERIOD
• Beauty devices: 6–12 months depending on supplier
• Accessories & jewelry: 30 days limited warranty
• Electronic wellness tools: 12 months manufacturer warranty
Exact duration may vary by product and supplier terms.
3) WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a claim:
• Email support@lunedor.cloud with order number
• Include photos/videos of the issue
• Describe the defect clearly
Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
4) WARRANTY RESOLUTION
Depending on the issue, the resolution may include:
• Replacement of the defective item
• Repair (if applicable)
• Store credit
• Refund (special cases only)
5) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• Keep original packaging when possible
• Provide accurate evidence of the defect
• Follow product instructions and safety guidelines
6) ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
• Opened skincare or cosmetic liquids
• Used wearable accessories
• Products damaged after misuse or neglect
